As we embark on this incredible journey, we’re looking for talented individuals to join us and help transform Raithwaite into a leading destination, redefining luxury hospitality. We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef Adam Maddock, with the smooth running and management of all elements of the kitchen operation. Being second in command in a luxury environment is exciting and rewarding. You’ll be working in a brand-new kitchen at a destination hotel with two different food outlets, creating dishes to be proud of.
