Full Time 48 Hours - £40,000 per annum + Share of Service Chare + KPI Bonus Scheme

The estate is now the site of a £10 million refurbishment to create a sumptuous wellness-led sanctuary, part of a wider £100 million development. As we embark on this incredible journey, we’re looking for talented individuals to join us and help transform Raithwaite into a leading destination, redefining luxury hospitality. We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team, led by our Head Chef Adam Maddock. You’ll be working in a brand-new kitchen and be responsible for the pastry offerings across two different food outlets within the hotel. With a passion for presentation and attention to detail you will be creating dishes to be proud of.
